What size am I / should I order?

To ensure you chose the appropriate size, please measure your waist. Once you've measured your waist, check our size chart to choose based off your measurement.

How do I wash my waist trainer?

Waist trainers can be washed by hand or an extreme delicate wash, with mild soapy water. Do not put in dryer. Lay flat, or hang to dry.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within Canada 3-6 days Shipping within United States 4-7 days International shipments have an estimated delivery of 10- 25 days for most countries but it can vary depending on your specific geographical location. Tracking numbers will be sent to you within a week (at very most) after ordering.

When waist trainer is received, what do I do or expect?

For best results, wear for 2-4 hours a day, and you will start seeing results within 30-days! As you start to feel comfortable in your trainer, feel free to increase the hours wearing your trainer gradually moving on to the next column.

Can I work-out in my waist trainer?

Yes this trainer is WORKOUT FRIENDLY! In fact this will accelerate your results. Focus on light to moderate cardio, circuit training, and core workouts. If you decided on working out in your trainer, it's recommended to purchase a second for everyday wear separate from working out

Can I sleep in my waist trainer?

It is a little uncomfortable not recommended as it does take some getting used to. Try it out, any discomfort, shortness of breath please take of trainer

It is hard to breathe in my waist trainer, Is this normal?

To ensure the trainer is breathable for your fit be sure to order the right size according to your waist measurement. Start off with the first row(most comfortable) then gradually to the middle and then the last row. If you are having difficulty breathing, please take the trainer off. If you are not trying the last set of hooks, please re adjust (loosen) and try again. If it is difficult to breathe, do not workout in your waist trainer.
